All payments are made at the time of appointment directly to the provider. We do take your card details to guarantee the appointment only and you will only be charged in case of no show or if no payment is made at the time of appointment.

You will be providing your personal information such as name, dob and address and in case required you may need to medical referral or other. Please always check the providers requirements prior to confirming your booking.


Most of the appointments offered on our website are nonrefundable. However always please check terms and conditions of individual providers to see if appointment can be cancelled or changed free of charge.

At we are confirming bookings live instead of enquiry submissions and sometimes long appointment confirmations. The appointments online are available and sync live with providers.
